We offer a variety of shipping, local delivery, and pickup options at checkout. Available options and shipping or delivery estimates are shown during checkout based on your location and selected method.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Because we roast and prepare coffee fresh to order, some products require additional processing time beyond our standard 1–3 days. When this applies, the extended processing time is clearly noted in the product description.
Shipping, delivery, and pickup estimates shown at checkout reflect transit time only and do not include additional product-specific processing time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders ship sooner than expected, but delivery timing ultimately depends on the selected carrier and service.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Where available, local pickup or delivery options will appear at checkout along with applicable instructions. Orders will be ready for pickup or delivery after processing is complete.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.
