This coffee comes from the Kii Factory in Kenya’s renowned Kirinyaga district, a region known for producing some of the world’s most celebrated coffees. The beans are peaberries, a natural mutation where only one seed forms inside the cherry, resulting in concentrated flavors.

During cupping, the dry aroma offered black currants, orange candies, and floral honey, while the wet aroma revealed red honey sweetness and caramelized sugar. On the palate, dark fruits lead the way, followed by bright citrus and spiced sweetness.
