More Details
This unique microlot comes from the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, where Leonardo Henao cultivates Gesha at altitudes above 1800 meters. This varietal is renowned for its floral complexity and refined sweetness, and this lot lives up to its reputation. The coffee was fully washed and fermented for over 24 hours before patio drying, which enhances the clarity and preserves delicate fruit and floral tones. Henao is known for producing some of the most sought-after lots in Colombia, and this one showcases his exceptional attention to detail.
Gesha coffees like this are prized not only for their unique sensory qualities but also for the intensive labor and small-scale dedication required to grow and process them. Each cup reflects a commitment to quality that is rare and deeply rewarding.
