Brewing Recommendations
Steep one teaspoon (2 grams) of tea in 7 ounces (200 milliliters) of water at 90–100°C (194–212°F) for 5 to 7 minutes. Cover while steeping to retain full aroma. Great on its own or with a dash of milk.
