We start with Colombia Supremo 17/18 coffee sourced from smallholder farms at approximately 1,300 meters in elevation. This fully washed coffee is made up of classic Colombian varietals including Caturra, Colombia, Typica, and Castillo, chosen for their balance, sweetness, and structure.

After roasting to a medium-dark level to highlight caramelized sugars, chocolate depth, and natural nut tones, the beans are infused post-roast with natural almond flavor emulsions. This process allows the flavor to fully absorb into the bean, producing a smooth, consistent cup with integrated almond character rather than surface flavoring.
