A Mountain Water Process wash produces decaffeinated arabica beans with their flavor and richness perfectly intact. This Colombian single origin boasts a low acidity with mouth-watering notes of milk chocolate and cherry that make it nearly indistinguishable from the caffeinated version. Grown and harvested by small farmers throughout the renowned Colombian "coffee triangle", this coffee is processed using the farmers' mills, dryers, and techniques.
