This exceptional coffee comes from Konga, a renowned area within Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region. Yirgacheffe—also spelled Irgachefe—is located in the Gedeo Zone of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region. Celebrated for its high altitudes, fertile soil, and cool climate, the area produces coffees known for their aromatic complexity and refined brightness.

Our Konga lot reflects the fine craftsmanship passed down through generations of smallholder farmers. Carefully handpicked and traditionally washed, these beans are sun-dried on raised beds to preserve their vivid flavors. This process accentuates the coffee’s crisp, floral qualities and showcases Yirgacheffe’s celebrated distinction on the global coffee stage.
