The Origination blend is a high altitude coffee crafted upon a Yirgacheffe bean foundation and then smoothed with low acid Mundo Novo and Catuai Arabica varietals.
To honor Ethiopia, where coffee originated, we augmented the bright and fruity Ethiopian, Yirgacheffe with a small amount of smooth caramel and milk chocolate hints of an Indonesian bean. This blend secretly hides our highest caffeine level within a lighter body. This bright and zesty blend goes to the edge, but not off the cliff with flavor notes of black tea, florals, peach and walnut.
