Flavor Profile
Built upon the foundation of our signature Island Blend, this coffee combines four distinct beans to deliver a full-bodied, balanced flavor profile. This coffee opens with smooth chocolate and honey sweetness layered over a creamy body. Gentle notes of cherry, vanilla, and cedar emerge as it cools, balancing brightness with a rustic, earthy complexity. The finish is clean and slightly spicy, with lingering depth.
Why Choose This Coffee?
The Commonwealth Blend is not just coffee; it’s a celebration of new beginnings and shared progress. Whether you're savoring it during a quiet morning or toasting with friends, this blend serves as a reminder that it’s time to be first—first in flavor, first in quality, and first in community. Experience the bold, uplifting taste of a coffee that leads the way.
More Details
The Commonwealth Blend is a dark roast composed of four exceptional beans grown at elevations ranging from 1100 to over 1800 meters. One origin contributes bold, rustic tones and a unique wet-hulled process that adds body and character. Another offers cherry and honey sweetness, while the remaining components bring smooth chocolate, creamy textures, and floral depth. Each origin is cultivated by smallholder farmers using traditional and sustainable practices—from the volcanic highlands of Central America to the remote mountains of Southeast Asia.
